Renovation projects involve renewing what already exists while adding some new elements along the way.  Creating an atmosphere where your project, whether a room or an entire building now looks better simply by fixing what may already be there and implementing entirely new elements.

As with a Restoration project, the cost effectiveness depends entirely on the current condition of the structure.  There are many factors that play into deciding whether a Restoration or a Renovation is the way to go.  You may find as your project progresses, what started out as a Restoration project, has now become a Renovation project.    With your projects, we will be there to advise and assist you in any decisions that need to be made.  Sometimes what appears to be a very simple decision as it pertains to your project, changes the entire scope of your project.   Upgrading the functionality of your project is part of the Renovation aspect of a project.

Renovation is generally more cost effective than Remodeling.  The extent of the Renovation will determine if it is more cost efficient than Restoration.
