We transformed the former Sloan Machinery Company headquarters into 32 loft-style residential condominium units. Units feature tall ceilings, large windows, hardwood floors, exposed ceilings and columns. We took care in restoring many original features in the building, including the masonry arches, exterior brick details and large double hung windows.
