We redeveloped the former Salem Laundry building Salem, MA into the Derby Lofts. The work involved the restoration of and addition of two floors to two early 20th century, four-story structures. Situated in the heart of the historic downtown among all of Salem’s best local attractions, the Derby Lofts featured 54 luxury loft-style condominiums, many with private decks with water and city views, and a retail level that became home to some of Salem’s best local shops, including A&J King Artisan Bakers and The Salem Cheese Shop.
